Assistant Branch Manager
Rachel is the Assistant Manager at Mabel Boswell Memorial Library. She has been with Saline County Library for 15 years, starting from age 18. She initially started off at the Bob Herzfeld Memorial Library gradually working up from a Shelver, PT Library Assistant, FT Library Assistant, to her current position. She has been referred to as a jack of all trades, skillful and knowledgeable in many areas and believes where there is a will, there is a way.
In her relaxing time, she likes to read, watch movies, and play with her four parakeets, two cats and a dog. For fun she likes to refurbish furniture, draw, paint, and be crafty in whichever way the wind takes her.
